To maintain the shine of your jewelry, gently clean it with a soft cloth and mild soap. For solid gold, you can use a dedicated gold polishing cloth, while sterling silver should be kept in a dry place to prevent tarnishing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that engraved pieces and certain promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a two-year warranty on all our jewelry. This covers any manufacturing defects, but does not cover lost items, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your jewelry sooner for a special occasion.
