Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place your jewelry in its original packaging and include the packing slip. Securely seal the box to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive a notification once our team has processed your refund or exchange.
